  • What kind of test is administered?
    The test is an antigen test, intended for the qualitative detection of the nucleocapsid protein antigen from SARS-CoV-2 in nasopharyngeal (NP) and nasal (NS) swab specimens directly from individuals who are suspected of COVID19 within the first five days of the onset of symptoms. In the event of a positive result, further testing is required to confirm the presence of SARS-CoV-2 (commonly known as COVID-19).
  • How long does the test take?
    The testing process requires a nasal swab, and takes less than 30 seconds.
  • How long until results are available?
    Time to results for this test is 15 minutes. However, due to the volume of tests we will take at your workplace, all results for your mobile testing will be available within 24 hours.
  • How will employees be notified of their results?
    Employers will receive all results and are responsible for notifying individual employees of their results.
  • What if an employee tests positive?
    In this case, your company policies and procedures surrounding a positive test result should be activated. Anyone who tests positive is advised to seek care immediately from their Primary Care Physician.They can also visit a Trusted facility listed here for further evaluation.
  • If an employee tests positive, will there be re-testing available for the rest of our employees?
    Typically, there is no need for re-testing unless a person who was exposed to the infected employee becomes symptomatic. In that case, the person experiencing symptoms should seek care immediately for additional testing. View our Trusted ER locations here.
  • What if I want to re-test all of my employees regardless?
    Please submit an additional request via the form, email, or call to request an additional mobile testing unit to arrive at your workplace and perform testing.
